Shipping policy
YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR THE COST OF POSTAGE BUT ONLY THE COST PAID FOR MAGICK AND MEDIUMS' PRODUCTS if you alert us on time regarding the lost package.
If you have filed more than 2 insurance claims concerning packages, you are INELIGIBLE to file insurance claims for any packages with Magick and Mediums no matter the circumstance.
What if I need the package by a certain date?
Please purchase the most expedited shipping and be aware that Magick and Mediums has no control over how fast the package will get to you after we ship it out. We ship packages out 1-3 business days after the purchase. If you need the package for a birthday, etc. and the package arrives after that date you are not entitled to a refund. Please keep in mind that due to governmental changes from 2020, international mail can take as long as 7 weeks to arrive after the shipped date.
What if I put the wrong address?
If the package has already been sent out no refund will be given.
What if my package is lost during transit or damaged in transit?
Once an order is given to a USPS carrier, the item becomes the carrier’s responsibility and Magick and Mediums is no longer liable. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination but we can create an insurance claim for lost packages if you alert us in time.
What is the cost to ship the US and Canada?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. These rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Recipients of international orders are responsible for ALL duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery. Customs may hold packages, which is out of our hands. Once an order is given to a USPS carrier, the item becomes the carrier’s responsibility and Magick and Mediums is no longer liable. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination outside of the United States. Refunds will not be given if you cannot pay the country's duties, taxes, fees like VAT, etc.
Due to a change in USPS policy, international orders shipped First Class flat-rate no longer include shipment tracking.
