Can I exchange my purchase?
We are not able to honor exchanges at this time, though you may return unopened items in their original condition and order a different item at a subsequent time.
How long will my refund/exchange take?

How do I cancel my order completely?
Please send an email to email@example.com and we will try our best to cancel before it ships. If the order has already been processed and shipped, then we cannot cancel it. The sooner you contact us the better.
